MysticLand uses an OTP based system for authentication. So, if you are installing the MysticLand app for the first time on a new/additional device, you do not need to remember a password- You will be provided with an OTP on your registered mobile number (used to create your account)- If you do not receive the OTP, do reach out to us at help@mysticland.world
Your registered mobile number is used to identify and keep your account updated. With the same number, you can login to MysticLand across multiple devices (The MysticLand experience is available on mobiles and tablets only) concurrently. However, only 3 users can be added to every mobile number and hence only 3 kids can use the app with one account.
