A FOREST FOR A MUSEUM

Today, the Mysticals were at the Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle or the Museum of Natural History in Paris.
“The fun part is that it’s not just a museum. It’s a palaeontology gallery, a tropical greenhouse, a wildlife park, and so much more. I’m going to spend the whole day here!” shouted Felix in excitement.
The heart of the museum is divided into four unique zones with specific items on display. One zone has over 1,000 species of spiders, mammals, amphibians, birds, reptiles, crustaceans, and insects. The other has sparkling structures paying homage to the flora of Earth.
Another has never-ending rows of plants, trees, and pathways, now categorised as a ‘historical monument’ since Parisians explored them for about 400 years. And in one zone, you get to see the actual skeleton of a Southern Right Whale, taxidermy elephants, a giant squid, coral reefs, and a buffalo!
