MADLY IN LOVE WITH MILAN!

The Mysticals were supposed to attend an opera today in Milan, but… “We missed it because Felix wanted to go look at every puppy we came across on the street!” said Scorch in an upset tone.
“It’s all right, Scorch. Why don’t we sit in the theatre and admire its lavish interior? I hear opera theatres are magnificent,” said Verum.
So, the four went in and sat down on the comfy theatre seats. Verum looked into her crystal ball and said, ” Opera originated in Italy around the 16th century. Lyric Opera began in the Renaissance with artists and intellectuals in Florence, Italy, trying to recreate the storytelling method of Greek drama.
Later, during the Baroque era (when art and architecture flourished in the 17th and 18th centuries), opera was categorized into Opera seria (drama or tragedy) and Opera buffa (comedy). Rome, Naples, and Venice began attracting the best talent of the time.”
“That’s so inspirational! Let’s try catching a performance another time,” said Orak.
