CHINA: IS THAT REALLY A BIRD’S NEST?

“Orak, this stadium really looks like an illuminated bird’s nest,” shrieked Felix from the sky. He had flown above the stadium to get an aerial view. The Mysticals were in China.
“Come down, Felix!” Orak said as loudly as he could, “We are going inside this huge stadium.”
“My MysticLord! What a view that was,” Felix told Scorch and Verum, who started giggling at his amazement.
“This stadium is popularly known as the Bird’s Nest and can accommodate 91,000 spectators! The stadium cost US$428 million and is located at Olympic Green. Swiss firm Herzog & de Meuron designed the stadium. The firm took inspiration from Chinese ceramics and the design gives it a bird’s nest-like appearance,” said Orak in one breath.
“It is indeed spectacular!” replied Verum.
